The
Rotary Club Metz Lafayette decrees the Service Price to
Mathieu Gitzhofer
On February 15, 2007
Before an assembly of about twenty Rotarians, Mathieu
Gitzhofer presented the website and the daily work that he
has done to preserve the history of the Liberators of Metz.
The LaFayette Rotary Club, whose purpose is to
promote these activities, bestowed upon him the Service
Prize at the conclusion of his presentation for his
devotion toward commemorating the history of the Metz area,
the 95th Infantry Division and its veterans.

Mathieu
Gitzhofer (webmaster of the Virtual Museum), during the
handing-over of the Service Price, with Mr Duclot (replacing
the president Mr Mariot not present).
